WATER SHEPHERD

Hello, my name is Water Shepherd. I am very passionate about helping people and providing the quality services my company delivers. I have had the good fortune in my years of professional experience to align myself with competent and ethical colleagues that have made positive differences in our community.  There are some really solid people that I am blessed to have working with me who also have a wealth of knowledge and skills.

I have learned a few things along the way in this life journey and I know that life can be stressful and it is important for us to stay balanced, grounded and healthy.

I am a consultant, counselor, wellness practitioner and more, but in my heart I am an advocate.  I empower people, train leaders and support the delivery of quality plans, processes and programs necessary to create a thriving workplace culture.  One of the most important realizations I have had in my career, is understanding my role as a visionary leader, while keeping a strategic direction and standard of excellence in achievements of program or policy developments, or in an establishment of a new successful working relationship.

Instituting quality and ethics are important to me, along with ensuring an organization’s processes are in alignment with their mission.  I am a dedicated and reputable professional who has cultivated and implemented highly successful programs with up to a 97% improvement rate.  I have a solid education through Arizona State University, and over 30 years of experience.

Third Eye Integration has grown from it’s humble beginnings offering services to individuals and private groups, to contracting with corporations and various healthcare facilities. I am excited to announce that we are now providing a wide array of services such as corporate wellness consulting, employee wellness services, and behavioral health facility consulting.
